 岗位描述： 通过高效的工作及卓越的服务来完成客户满意度   岗位职责： 给客人足够的关注，肩负好个人应付的责任，同时通过团队协作来为客人提供良好的服务 倾听和道歉时要真挚，寻找解决办法，跟踪问题解决的全过程 根据酒店的预算和预期的业绩来安排员工的轮班以最大化酒店的收益，满足顾客的需求以及员工的需要 作为 VIP 客人最先联系到的部门，要确保他们的个性化服务 建立同事间，和顾客还有供应商之间的信任，建立和维护联系来达到互利的目的 准确及时地关注房态，注意职业操守和商业行为准则 上班时间： 8：00-20：00或20：00-8：00两班倒。每月上班18天左右（按综合工时上班总时长计算）

岗位职责 1.确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2.查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3.熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 4.熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益。 5.熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 6.熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 7.负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 8.负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度。 9.制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 岗位要求 1.有良好的沟通能力，懂得英语,可以接受英文面试。 2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。 3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。 4.相貌端正，身体健康。

岗位职责： 1.负责酒店的洗衣房、厨房等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2.服从领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3.对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。 4.根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 5.完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 岗位要求： 1.有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2.具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3.身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1.协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。 2.负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。 3.按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。 4.与相关部门及人员进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。 5.审核各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作。 6.深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。 7.协助经理聘请各项目培训人员，做好各种培训班的组织工作。 岗位要求 1.大专及以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2.熟悉岗位培训工作程序。 3.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。 4.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。 5.具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。 6.掌握电化教育的方法，能熟练操作计算机。

Provide guidanceand assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of theirduties and responsibilities 提供指导和帮助 , 帮助每个部门员工执行他们的责任和义务。 3. Oversee theservice standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisitestandards and meet or exceed customer expectations. 监督服务标准 , 确保它们符合标准和满足所需 , 或超越顾客的期望。 4. Liase with theKitchen, Stewarding, Bars, Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that theoperation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility. 与厨房 , 厅面、酒吧、客房、工程沟通 , 以确保运行顺利的共同责任。 5. Assist in theplanning and execution of promotional activities as directed 协助制定和执行的促销活动。 6. Maximise revenuein the outlet by implementing upselling procedures 每个厅面实现出口利润的最大化和促销。 7.
