2.对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
3.协助监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Assists with conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
4.运营期间百分之百关注客人及员工并提供真诚舒适的服务及在培训中发挥积极的作用
Onemust ensure to 100% focus on customers and associates during operation andprovide authentic and suitable levels of service and take active role intraining.
【岗位要求】
1. 1-2年酒店中餐厅相关工作经验。
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in Chinese restaurant.
2.熟悉中餐餐饮知识,了解并熟悉餐厅特色菜品。
Familiar with the knowledge of Chinese food and beverage, understand and be familiar with the specialty dishes of the restaurant.

---To provide check-in, billing check, exchange room, extend room, early check-out, check-out, Fapiao service.
为客人办理入住、查账、换房、延房、提早退房、退房、开发票或换发票手续。
---To provide guest best service as well as handle the daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guests.
向客人提供优质服务,同时操作好每日的预订以及向入住和退房的客人提供服务。

1.熟悉任何分配销售文件,审查报价,并与适当的销售人员讨论团体的信息。
Become familiar with any assigned sales file, review proposal, and discuss profile on group with the appropriate sales personnel.
2.打电话与客户/会议企划者交流并且以书面的形式进行追踪。
Contact the client / meeting planner by phone to introduce and follow up with a letter.
3.为了把销售量最大化,需要有不同的客户/会议企划者的方案。
Customize selling approach to the client’s / meeting planner’s needs to maximize sales.
4.为客户提供相应的餐饮配套。
Specialize Food and Beverage programs by tailoring to fit client’s needs.
5.一直会提前把客户的需求放在首位。
Always ready to anticipate client and guest needs well in advance.
6.只使用酒店批准的客户群体。
Use only hotel approved vendors.
7.能有效地联络客户/会议企划者与酒店运行部门的配合。
Acts as a liaison between client / meeting planner and all hotel operations department.
8.在与客户的交流中能一直保持专业的形象,不管在外表或言行举止。
Always maintain a professional image both in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client/meeting planner and fellow hotel employees.
9.能在48小时内,准备合同给客户/会议企划者。
Demonstrate appropriate timeliness in preparing contract to client/meeting planner within 48 hours.
10.在当天回复所有来电。
Return all phone calls the same day.
11.准备好所有宴会编排表,团的资料在团队达到七天之前。
Prepare all BEOs and Group Resumes no later than 07 days prior to the group’s arrival.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing.
2.至少一年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验
Minimum 1 years’ international hotel experience in sales and marketing.
