Responsibility
1.在部门经理的指导下,执行和履行酒店相关政策和程序,监管和负责服务及预订中心的运作,确保最大化的满足客人的需求。
Under the general direction of Manager and within the limits of hotel and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Telecommunication and Reservation services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
2.管理,监督和协调总机及预定的运作。
Directs, supervises and coordinates the activities in Telecommunication department and Reservation.
3.执行和处理所有进出的电话,传真,相关设备的程序和其他相关服务。
Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services.

Position Requirements
1.专科以上文化程度,英语熟练。
College degree or above, good command of English.
2.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总机和预定部工作程序和规范。
Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities and services, as well as Call Centre and reservation procedures and specifications.
