Aware of all in house VIP, to ensure that all of their special F&B needs and request are delivered and fulfilled in the course of their stay.

Constantly provide on the job training to staff.
不断地对新员工进行职业培训。
Job Specification职位要求:
Minimum of 3 years hotel and/or restaurants experience.
至少三年同等职位酒店或餐厅工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English.
中英文口语流畅。
