L'Avenue of Savor Group in Shenzhen is seeking a well-seasoned candidate with an international Michelin starred restaurant experience. With a great attention to details and an outstanding sense of hospitality, the candidate will improve the quality of guest experience and increase revenues by providing exceptional service. Will be in charge of recruiting and training the service staff, inventory management, and provide world-class customer service to guests. Your Responsibilities: 1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining or 2-3 Michelin starred restaurants preferably. 2. Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership. 3. Strong ability to lead a hospitality team and own accountability for specific revenue goals. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail. 5. Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind. 6. Strong decision-making abilities. 7. Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus.
