Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Food & Beverage Division through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the division and hotel.

The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal relationships.

The ability to work closely with the General Manager, the Planning Committee and also with the Director of Catering and Events and the team, to design effective menus, wine lists, and amenity options while ensuring an excellent product quality at a fair and competitive price structure.

Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met, as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Work with Executive Chef closely to effectively plan and develop menus for the hotel considering factors such as product availability, food and service cost, marketing conditions and business volume; involve in assigning prices for daily menus that result in net profit; participate in making decisions regarding printing, layout, posting, and distribution of menus while ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration.

Preferred Qualification and Skills
任职要求
1.University Degree
2.At least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
3.Good communication skills, negotiation skills and leadership
4. Fluent English ability both in English and Mandarin
1.大专及以上学历;

3.良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和领导能力
4. 流利的中英文听说读写译的能力
