Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all food preparation ofthe assigned section
-Maintain good conditions for thekitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the company standard
-Buffets decoration items and showpieces
-Perform and maintain smooth dailyoperation in kitchen
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-3 years relevant workingexperience in restaurant or hotel
-Strong passion about Western culinary withgood cookery skills
-Be a good and supportive team player
-Able to communicate in English andMandarin
