【岗位职责】 1、协助总经理处理日常接待，来信来访等有关事宜，及时上传下达； 2、维护和更新活动的信息，及时更新所有涉及总经理公务活动； 3、参加行政例会及其他有关会议，记录并整理会议纪要； 4、做好公文收发、打字、文印、文书档案和印章管理工作； 5、处理行政办公室事务，并帮助其他行政助理和文员解决工作出现的问题； 6、完成总经理临时交给的其它工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，酒店管理、英语等相关专业。 2、有一定中英文书写能力和应变处理问题的能力。 3、熟悉电脑办公软件的运用。
