【岗位职责】 1、负责中餐凉菜的制作、加工及装盘，确保菜品符合希尔顿酒店的品质标准； 2、根据菜单要求，准备各类凉菜原料，保证食材新鲜、卫生； 3、协助研发新式凉菜，定期更新菜品，提升顾客用餐体验； 4、严格把控凉菜制作流程，确保食品安全与卫生标准； 5、配合厨房团队完成日常备餐及餐后整理工作，保持工作区域整洁； 6、定期检查厨房设备，确保其正常运行，并合理使用食材以减少浪费。 【岗位要求】 1、具备凉菜制作经验，熟悉各类凉菜的制作工艺及调味技巧； 2、了解食品安全与卫生规范，持有健康证； 3、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备团队协作精神； 4、对菜品创新有热情，愿意学习并提升专业技能； 5、服从厨房管理安排，工作细致认真，责任心强； 6、有星级酒店或知名餐饮企业工作经验、有海鲜姿造或刺身经验者优先。
