工作职责： What is the job? As General Manager you will manage the day to day leadership, operations and direction of the hotel, maximising on sales and revenue, driving financial returns, driving great guest experience and running a safe hotel. Speak to guests – ask for their feedback and build relationships. Financial Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans. Analyse financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximum return on investment. Use distribution channels and technology platforms to drive revenue and maximise market share. Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives, including working with owners to maintain or improve property’s market leadership position. Responsible Business Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues and hotel assets. Act as public relations representative to raise awareness of hotel and brand in local community. Drive team member involvement in community organisations, activities and businesses. 【职位描述】 •熟练操作木工/装修技工。 •按照制定的计划时间表开展客房服务和维护保养工作并高质量的完成工作。 •操作指派的机械设备或者主机房，确保按照营业要求持续不断的有效运作。 •依照政策程序，处理所有燃料的运送，确认，储存和使用。 •运用适当正确的工具和物料完成工作。. •确保所有的工具和设备一直处于正常而有序的状态。 •保持所有工作区域的清洁卫生，并且高于客房标准。 •落实已分配的特殊工程项目。 【任职要求】 工作积极热情，认真负责，拥有相关工作经验至少1年以上，有国际连锁酒店工作经验优先考虑。

【岗位职责】 1、有同样工作岗位经验者优先。 2、该岗位隶属于门店，需要能独立处理门店所有人事事务，在门店独立工作1年以上优先。 3、协助门店总经理、部门经理的员工日常招聘工作，建立用工渠道及人才储备库。 4、负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。 5、合理调配酒店的人力资源，并提出有效的建议和意见。 6、负责各部门人员编制的审核工作。 7、负责员工人事档案的管理, 及对外公文之草拟和处理。 8、监督酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险 及福利方面的政策。 7、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。 3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。 4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。 5、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。 6、 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。

1.大专以上学历，可以使用英文与外籍客人沟通。 2.熟练操作电脑。 3.良好的个人仪容仪表、微笑礼貌、待客热情 5.为住店客人办理预订、入住、离店手续。 6.客人接待与问询。 7.跟进处理客人需求。

岗位职责/职位描述 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成部门领导安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 岗位要求 1、高中以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正。 4、具备一定的英语对话能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

1.负责酒店项目调研分析，选址与评估，合作谈判，配合项目筹建期的各项协调工作； 2.3年以上酒店开发经验，有较为亮眼的签约履历； 3.熟悉酒店开发流程，具备优秀的工作协调能力； 4.熟悉酒店管理合同的条款内容，具有较为优秀的沟通与谈判能力。 5.对酒店设计、工程营建、日常运营也有一定的了解。 工作地点：华南、西南、西北、华东、华北、华中
