保持前厅部员工的行为、装束、卫生、制服穿着、仪容仪表的标准；召开部门会议，内容包括对营运中发生的问题进行详细分析，并通过优化流程来改进营运绩效及宾客的整体满意度；协助管理酒店的收益增长并通过充分利用系统工具，及相关工作制度，推进收入增高；评估并批准/拒绝所有折扣和退款要求；完成营业收入预算，控制劳动成本和支出，在职责范围内获一定的利润；参与编制部门年度运营预算以支持酒店总体财务目标；编制和提交必要的统计，业务和预测分析和报告；与相关部门沟通贵宾和其他重要客人的抵店和离店的相关信息，包括其它特殊的客人需求；确保进行总台的相关培训并按程序执行，在紧急情况下总台作为信息沟通中心并与当地消防，公安和急救中心的保持密切联系；和财务部门一起编制和管理部门预算；督导希尔顿荣誉客会会员的发展情况，并且将推广活动介绍给全体员工；

1.上岗前查看当天抵店客人信息，包括贵宾，团队预订及其它相关的特殊要求。及时将相关信息通知客房部和送餐部及其它相关部门。 2.负责正确使用登记程序、填写登记卡、房间分配、信用方针等。 3.与所有部门保持良好的协作关系，特别是客房部与预订部。检查房态差异报告以及维修房状态，确保随时保持正确的房间状态信息。 4.每日查看当日/次日贵宾、常规客人、长住客人、团队客人以及特别要求，提供个性化的服务与帮助，并通知有关部门。 5.承担其他实时被委派的职责。
