1. Obey the work arrangement of the guest room leader.
服从客房领导的工作安排。
2. Responsible for mastering the room status, compilingand issuing the room status table regularly every day, and notifying the guestroom floor.
负责掌握房态,每天定时编发房态表,并通知客房楼层。
3. Responsible for answering guest calls and graspingcustomer information, promptly notifying waiters and relevant departments toprovide services as needed, and making records.
负责接听客⼈电话和掌握客情信息,根据需要及时通知服务员和有关部门提供服务,并做好记录。
4. Do a good job in information collection and dataaccumulation, accurately answer guest inquiries, and take the initiative to doa good job in customer service.
做好信息收集和资料积累工作,准确回答客⼈问询,主动做好对客服务工作。
5. Responsible for the management and dispatch of allkeys in the room.
负责客房所有钥匙的管理和收发工作。
6. Responsible for the registration, storage andhandling of pick-up items and leftover items.
负责捡拾物品和遗留物品的登记、存放和处理。
7. Responsible for departmental attendance and mealcard statistics, and receive employee salaries, bonuses, and subsidies.
负责部门考勤和餐卡统计工作,领发员工工资、奖⾦、补贴。
8. Responsible for the overall arrangement andsuspension of daily floor personnel.
负责每⽇楼层⼈员的统筹安排及休班。
