    OVERALL OBJECTIVE The HR Director supports the General Director in all decision relating to strategic, organizational, and operational people matters for a luxury hotel property. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Partner to the hotel's General Director and trusted advisor to the management team, support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic HR agenda focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. Support and coach the leadership team in any organizational and people topics, to help them achieve their guest service and business objectives. Maintain and develop a strong employer brand in the local market and beyond, implement effective and innovative search and selection for senior as well as volume recruitment through a variety of sources, as well as an effective onboarding process. Drive strong colleague engagement through employee communication and creative activities and events, and ensure proactive follow up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback, handle staff grievance issues proactively. Understand the competitive positioning of the hotel as an employer in the market and create appropriate compensation & benefits structures based on market and internal benchmarking. Plan and implement an annual budget and manning guide, following up closely on personnel costs, and preparing local management reporting as well as corporate reports. Ensures that corporate and local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented. Ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration according to Kempinski standards and local requirements, including supervision of internal and external payroll services. Ensure compliance with local labour and immigration law and handle any legal issues including staff disciplinary actions. Effectively lead the HR team including recruiting, HR administration, and staff accommodation functions. Implement global performance management and talent management and succession planning processes, and follow up on the development and mobility of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, transfers, cross-trainings and task force assignments. Project manage the roll-out of new global initiatives at the hotel and contribute to the design and implementation of new tools, e.g. HR information system. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.     Job Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for the operations of all the kitchens and the delivery of the highest standard of food quality as per Marriott standards and procedures. Ensures that all food in the hotel, whether cooked or uncooked is consistent in terms of quality, taste and presentation as set by him. Ensures preparation of food produce superior meals within budget parameters, which will result in a profitable food operation. He plans meals, supervises and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen associates. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: -Support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular, the GM, DBD, FC & HRD. -In-charge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and Recreation as well as Food Safety. -Actively participate in the key management issues in the property (Capital projects, refurbishment, training, customer service). -Train and implement Hilton standards and related departmental regulations. -Conduct routine inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure that the hotel’s hardware and software are in optimum condition. -Make a detailed and reasonable cost control plan to control operating costs of each department to maximize operating profit without compromising Hilton standards, safety procedures and guest experience. -Analyze costs on a monthly basis and prepare action plans for cost per occupied room, food cost, beverage costs, payroll including overtime and other expenses such as for out-sourced labor or services. -Manage all direct reports professionally, encouraging good teamwork and operations. -Make or approve appropriate annual / quarterly / monthly budgets, targets and work plans for each direct report -Conduct regular Operations meetings including all direct reports. -Supervise team members’ performance and grooming daily. -Ensure that duty rosters are based on the needs of the hotel and are compliant with labor laws. -Ensure that hotel and direct reports achieve all key targets including but not limited to revenue, profit, SALT, QA, turnover, etc. -Work with the DBD and F&B Managers to ensure that all aspects of F&B is operating cost effectively (menu presentations / menu / pricing / promotions and ongoing activities). -Assist the DBD in establishing (with C&C Sales) an efficient and competitive C&C strategy and pricing. -Supervise and head all hotel activities, such as celebrations, decorations, communication and coordination with conference organizers, etc. -Evaluate competitors’ products and price policies twice a year. -Ensure that VIP guests receive the care and service they deserve every day. -Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. -Assist the General Manager in all activities and functions related to the daily operations of the hotel. -Complete relevant tasks assigned by the General Manager. -Acting deputy in the General Manager’s absence. -The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice. -Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    SCOPE 范围 This position is responsible for managing all local computer technology and services in the fotel which can include, but is not limited to: networks, hardware, operating systems, anti-virus, internet access and all related systems, ofice automation and email systems, departmental systems for front ofice, back office, sales & catering, personnel, spa, and other network based sofiware supporting these systems; network security and compliance; where not the responsibility of the Engineering department, cabling, access control system, voice and guest technologies. The role will be responsible for management of the IT and potentially AV staff in the hotel. Maintains inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements. Supervises, supports and trains staft and team members at IT Dept.
