    General Mission职责概述 1. 监督指导IT设备操作运行工作。 2. 负责物业客网、办公网,PC、打印机,电视前段机房设备,电话交换机房,监控设备的日常运行和维修保养工作。 Main Responsibilities主要责任 1.   负责公寓计算机、网络、电话等IT设备的安装配置、升级、运营维护、故障处理与管理,确保公寓网络设备正常运行。 2.   负责公寓内各IT机房环境、设备维护与管理,定期对机房设备进行清洁。 3.   负责定期检查公寓网络设备运行情况,保证公寓网络及数据的安全性、防止公寓信息及资料外泄丢失。 4.   根据公司要求对网络进行规划实施、并根据IT部门要求完成网络升级、建设等工作。 5.   负责公寓信息系统的调整、升级、修改工作。 6.   负责公寓网络信息系统出现的问题及故障的响应和初步诊断,并进行处理,将不能解决的问题及时反馈部门经理。 7.   负责制定公寓IT相关培训计划、编写培训教材,对公司内部使用人员进行培训工作。 8.   负责公寓内PC机、打印机、电话、复印机等IT设备进行管理,对出现问题设备及时处理,无法处理及时汇报部门经理。 9.   负责对公寓客网及办公网络、电话、酒管系统正常运行进行维护,并负责进行维修,出现断网或网络过慢的情况后及时解决(如ISP运营商的原因,负责联络ISP运营商),并协调联系解决。 a)   对公寓IT设备进行检查、建档管理。 b)   负责履行中央IT(雅诗阁中国物业管理有限公司IT部门),提供对客户端电脑进行配置更改和升级。 10.  完成上级交付的其他IT相关工作 HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES人事责任 1.    定期对离职、调职人员IT 信息进行备份修改。 2.   负责制IT知识培训计划,组织相关部门进行培训。 3.   每月认真IT工作进行总结,并汇报下月计划。
