According
to the Head office annual strategic objectives, investigate, collect, analyze
and forecast the personnel needs of each department, prepare the annual budget
and formulate the annual recruitment plan;

Build
and improve the talent system, including but not limited to: group talent pool
reserve, etc.
搭建并完善人才体系,包括不限于:集团人才库储备等。
§
Complete
the recruitment tasks, including the selection and employment of various
positions in the group, the GM、FC、HRD
of the Swisstouches's hotels. Submit the recruitment report on time every week.
完成招聘任务,包括集团各岗位、集团旗下酒店总经理、财务总监、人力资源部负责人的甄选及聘用,每周按时提交集团要求的招聘报表。
§
Develop,
maintain and update recruitment channels, and carry out recruitment,
introduction, interview, evaluation, recommendation, salary negotiation,
recruitment communication, entry arrangement and trial period tracking, etc.
开拓、维护和更新招聘渠道,并开展招聘实施人才的挖掘、引进、面试、测评、推荐、薪酬谈判、录用沟通、入职安排和试用期跟踪等。
§
Maintain
various manuals and electronic personnel files to ensure the accuracy of all
records. Ensure that family member files are managed in a timely and
confidential manner.
维护各种手册及电子和纸质版人事档案,以确保所有记录的正确性。确保对于家庭成员的档案资料进行及时并保密地管理。
§
Head
office family members in and out management and personnel change related work.
集团家庭成员的入离职办理及人事变动(试用期转正等人事变动)的相关工作。
§ Hotel L6 above family members check in 、resign and personnel change report work.
集团旗下酒店L6级家庭成员,入离职及人事变动报备工作。
§ update and review of JD of the group
集团招聘P&P、JD的定期更新与回顾。

Maintains
close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools.
与高等学校保持紧密的联系,重点关注院校酒店管理专业学生,并建立战略合作关系
§
Cooperate
with human resource director to complete the tasks assigned by the head office.
配合人力资源总监完成集团交办的各项工作。
Qualifications

任职要求:
1.
Friendly, optimistic, proactive, and integrate into

2.
Bachelor Degree or above, majoring Human Resources
Management or related majors.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或其他相关专业。
3.
4-8 years experience in hotel recruitment, at least
2 year in hiring manager or similar management position, or equivalent
education background and relevant experience.
3-4年酒店招聘工作经历,至少做过2年招聘经理或类似管理类工作,或与此相当的教育背景和相关工作经验。
4. Requires good communication skills, both
verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the work
place.
