Responsibilities岗位职责:
Fully
responsible for the operation and management of the Housekeeping Department,
ensuring smooth and effective operation of the department and accountable to
the Hotel General Manager.
全面负责客房部的经营与管理工作,确保部门工作能顺利有效的进行,对酒店总经理负责。
Maintain
the hotel's image, enhance service awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.
维护酒店形象,提高服务意识,确保客户满意度。
Develop
and implement the work plan of the Housekeeping Department, and regularly
report to the Hotel General Manager.
负责制定客房部的工作计划并组织实施,定期向酒店总经理汇报工作。
Organize
and formulate the internal organization structure, job responsibilities, and
workflow of the Housekeeping Department, and check staff discipline.
组织、拟定客房内部的组织机构、各岗位职责、工作流程,并检查员工纪律。
Responsible
for the ideological education and professional training of all staff in the
department, improve their professional quality, and implement the task reward
and punishment plan for employees.
负责部门所有人员的思想教育和业务培训,提高全体员工的业务素质,并实施员工的任务奖惩方案。
Conduct
supervision and inspection of various areas and positions in the guest rooms,
make records, summarize existing problems, and formulate plans accordingly.
做好客房各个区域及岗位的监督和检查工作,并做好记录,同时根据存在问题做总结并制定计划。
Host
departmental business meetings, convey the policies, guidelines, and
information of the company and the hotel, and conduct business communication.
主持部门业务会议,传达公司及酒店的方针政策和信息,进行业务沟通。
Responsible
for assigning work indicators and tasks to subordinate staff and guiding their
work.
负责向下属员工下达工作指标和工作任务,并指导其工作。
Responsible
for reviewing the scheduling, attendance, and leave of various positions, and
reasonably arranging the allocation and scheduling of department personnel
according to customer demand and staff characteristics.
负责各岗位的排班、考勤和休假的审核工作,根据客情和员工特点合理安排部门人员的分配及调度工作。

Requirement要求:
Education
Background: Typically requires a college degree or above in hotel management or
a related field.
通常需要具备酒店管理或相关专业的大专及以上学历。
Work
Experience: Has rich management experience in the hotel guest room department
or related fields, able to proficiently master the daily operation and
management of the guest room department.
具有在酒店客房部门或相关领域的丰富管理经验,能够熟练掌握客房部的日常运营和管理。
Professional
Knowledge: Familiar with various business processes in the hotel guest room
department, possessing professional knowledge in guest room management, service
quality, and hygiene management.
熟悉酒店客房部的各项业务流程,具备客房管理、服务质量和卫生管理等方面的专业知识。
Skills:
Good communication, coordination, organization, and leadership skills, able to
properly handle various emergencies and guest complaints. At the same time,
should be proficient in using various office software and management systems.
具备良好的沟通、协调、组织和领导能力,能够妥善处理各种突发事件和客人投诉。同时,还应熟练使用各种办公软件和管理系统。
Personal
Qualities: Requires good professional ethics and dedication, able to set an
example for employees by example. Should also have strong problem-solving
abilities and resilience under pressure.
